Refund and Returns Policy

At Horse Hair Brush Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any damage, defects, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue quickly, offering either a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they’ve been opened or used. These will be clearly marked on the product page. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have any concerns about a product, feel free to reach out.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we suggest starting by returning the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
